Sự kiện có sự tham dự của Phó Chủ tịch Ủy ban Trung ương Mặt trận Tổ quốc Việt Nam Hoàng Công Thủy cùng đoàn công tác, Tổng lãnh sự Việt Nam tại Osaka Nguyễn Trường Sơn, nhân viên Tổng Lãnh sự quán tại Osaka, đại diện các hiệp hội và đông đảo bà con Việt kiều tại khu vực Kansai.
活动伊始，举行了向胡志明主席及英烈敬香仪式。与会代表集体默哀，深切缅怀为祖国独立自由而牺牲的先烈。活动强调了加大烈士遗骸搜寻、归集和身份确认工作的意义。得益于相关部门的持续努力，许多烈士遗骸已被找到并归还故土、家庭，进一步弘扬了越南民族“饮水思源”、“知恩图报”的优良传统。
Mở đầu buổi lễ là lễ dâng hương tưởng nhớ Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh và các Anh hùng. Các đại biểu tại buổi gặp mặt đã cùng dành phút mặc niệm tập thể để tưởng nhớ sâu sắc các liệt sĩ đã hy sinh vì độc lập, tự do của Tổ quốc. Sự kiện nhấn mạnh ý nghĩa của việc tăng cường tìm kiếm, thu thập và nhận dạng hài cốt các liệt sĩ. Nhờ sự nỗ lực không ngừng của các ngành liên quan, nhiều hài cốt liệt sĩ đã được tìm thấy và đưa về quê hương, gia đình, phát huy hơn nữa truyền thống tốt đẹp “uống nước nhớ nguồn”, “đ báo ơn” của dân tộc Việt Nam.
在活动框架内，与会代表参加了关西越南人协会成立18周年纪念仪式及“加强关西地区越南人社区民族大团结”座谈会。自成立以来，关西越南人协会始终发扬团结精神，心系祖国。在座谈会上，代表们就建设团结、文明、融入当地社会的社区，保持越南语和民族文化特色，以及提升各社团协作效率以支持在日越南人等议题进行了深入交流。
Trong khuôn khổ sự kiện, các đại biểu đã tham dự Lễ kỷ niệm 18 năm thành lập Hội người Việt Kansai và tọa đàm chuyên đề “Tăng cường đoàn kết dân tộc trong cộng đồng người Việt vùng Kansai”. Kể từ khi thành lập đến nay, Hội người Việt Kansai luôn nêu cao tinh thần đoàn kết, chăm lo cho quê hương. Tại Hội thảo, các đại biểu đã có những trao đổi chuyên sâu về các chủ đề như xây dựng cộng đồng đoàn kết, văn minh và hòa nhập với xã hội địa phương, duy trì tiếng Việt và đặc sắc văn hóa dân tộc, nâng cao hiệu quả phối hợp giữa các hiệp hội hỗ trợ người Việt Nam tại Nhật Bản.

Phát biểu tại sự kiện, ông Nguyễn Trường Sơn, Tổng Lãnh sự Việt Nam tại Osaka đánh giá cao những đóng góp tích cực của Hội người Việt Kansai trong 18 năm qua, khẳng định Hội là chỗ dựa vững chắc cho cộng đồng người Việt Kansai và là cầu nối quan trọng thúc đẩy tình hữu nghị, hợp tác Việt Nam - Nhật Bản.
